She grinds fresh cooked cracklins, then adds them to her hamburger meat. it is then topped with cheddar and provolone cheeses. For a kick she tops it with her specialty sauce and grilled onions, jalepeno peppers, and mushrooms. Margie’s Country Kitchen’s tradition is our passion for cooking and creating more great new ideas to come.
